I am a massive user and fan of Sonos. The new app has been an unmitigated disaster and it didn't help that Sonos' management doubled down, tripled down even, before admitting the self-inflicted disaster. I truly hope they can recover from this as I love their tech and ecosystem...but I'm not confident they will. I hope the managers who were part of the terrible decision to release the app as it was/is are included in this culling.

This is sad.
