I recently wrote some PDFs for Vampire: The Masquerade 5th Edition under Dark Pack, related to pregnancy; a Koldunic Sorcery ritual, Restoration of Mortal Fertility and a Thin-Blood Alchemy formula, Maieusiophiliac’s Delight, which I’ve provided download links (on Proton Drive, ‘cause Google can suck it) and shorter descriptions for below:

Defiance of Biology* is partially inspired by the Balkan folk legend about pumpkins and melons left out in the light of a full moon turning into vampires, and incorporates elements of that legend into a Koldunic fertility ritual, which allows vampires to become pregnant, or impregnate others, with either mortal or vampiric offspring.

Maieusiophiliac’s Delight is a formula that lets thin-bloods, full-blooded vampires, and mortals experience the effects of a pregnancy, for curiosity and/or kink reasons, as a means to pass, or even as a means of emotional blackmail, and is highly customizable.

If you’re into pregnancy-related stuff, for kink and/or body horror reasons, and you’re someone who is into Vampire:The Masquerade/World of Darkness, I’m hoping you’ll at least find them interesting.

I’ve not playtested them, nor particularly edited them for length, and Defiance of Biology* in particular is quite wordy at 1000+ words, but I wanted to get them out there to more people for feedback.

And if you do have some constructive feedback of things to add or change, I would love to hear it!

*(This ritual was rewritten and renamed based on feedback (formerly Restoration of Mortal Fertility), the same link leads to the new PDF.)

Seriously considering making a little collection of rituals, formulæ, and artifacts related to pregnancy, as well as do a write up of existing VtM/WoD lore regarding pregnancy – I haven’t seen all that much for vampires, but more for ghouls and revenants, as well as for werewolves, and do need to look up mage lore as well.

Looking into the books I have access to, and stuff that’s documented on UW3, I found two gruesome Tremere rituals involving pregnancy in Revised Edition (Spite of the Harridan from Sins of the Blood, p.96, which messily terminates any pregnancy, and Sculpting the Perfect Servant from Blood Magic: Secrets of Thaumaturgy, p.97-98, in which a newborn is sacrificed to give an unborn baby the ability to raise its attributes above 5, at the cost of its max humanity rating being 6).

I also found some information on pregnancy among Changelings, though Pooka in particular, learning that they can hide their unborn children in the Dreaming while shapeshifting, and that while they don’t have litters of animal babies, they are more likely to have multiples.

I went and looked through the Wraith 20th core book, and it is specified that ghosts cannot become pregnant, surprise surprise.

As for most of World of Darkness 5e, pregnancy is very rarely mentioned.
