More cucumber preservation underway. It will be 7+ quarts of spicy sweet pickles unless the pickling spice I didn't measure out isn't enough.

13 lbs / 5.8 kg sliced cucumbers with 4 oz / 120 g of salt, and enough ice to keep them cook for a few hours (they were already cold). Tubs stacked and the power of coffee and excessive cocoa does the rest.
