Cheryl Danner@knizer Oh, I’m planning to be at this event! Sadly, I’ll miss the Somerville Yart Sale because I have too much dance stuff planned for this weekend, but I enjoyed Yart Sale last year.
@sheromon it looks super cool but I'm puzzled by what you get when the lindy hoppers cross pollinate with, like, breakers. Love it.
@knizer Yeah, I think it will be way out of my comfort zone, but I’ll have lots of friends there, so I’m gonna go and see what happens. It’s great that people are trying to reach out to bridge the distance to other styles.

@knizer As expected, I felt out of place but supported by being with friends. I did a lot of watching, and my face hurt from smiling while admiring the awesome dancing. I even had the courage to talk to a couple of strangers, and they were so nice!
