And fwiw, the author of the article seems to have the same opinion of D H Lawrence as I do. I've never understood what Anaïs Nin saw in his work. She is obviously much the superior writer.

Nin probably is better, but DH Lawrence is widely loved, please don't be a grumpy old man. 🙂

(I would have to reread both authors to really remember what my opinion was in any depth, and that is unlikely to happen any time soon.)

@dougmerritt Oh... Sorry. 😢 Not actually trying to be a grumpy old rodent. I rarely mention writers I don't care for because, yeah, that can rain on other people's favorite parades and it's not generally nice to do that. 🌈😁 (Like many people, I assume, I do have a vague list of writers I think are over-rated or don't care for, but I'll keep it to myself, at least in public!)
