Does anyone else judge the difficulty of a problem by how many tabs you close once you've solved it?

Y'know, like Sherlock Holmes' "Three pipe problem" - "This was a six tab problem" or the like.

@munin Also known as a "answer not on StackExchange, we need to go deeper" problem. Where at the end you end up having a conversation with some guy working as a subcontractor in a cave at Twitter that was amazed anyone remembered he still existed.

@citizenphnix

Heh, stackexchange. The problems I run into tend not to be documented anywhere and I end up having to approach them via poorly-documented interfaces from elsewhere.
