This is paywalled, but is the original source.

In it, Mike Pompeo, Trump’s former Secretary of State, delineates Trump’s peace plan for Ukraine:

1. Half a trillion lend-lease long term credit for Ukraine to pursue its war, on the lines of WW2 lend-lease. Items and payment options will be clearly valued. No more vague contracts and tiny donations that only prolong the war, as with Biden;

2. Ukraine agrees to lose Crimea and Donbas, which were Russified since 2014, but is returned all territories occupied since 2021. This gives Russia a participation prize they can save face with;
3. Ukraine joins NATO. This will dissuade Russia from trying again, and will defang Crimea as much as it defanged Kalinigrad.

I like it. Russia is currently stalemated, and set to lose if Ukraine gets the proposed credit. The dying stops. And the escalation ceases.
