@thestrangelet We're really not quick into AI or Bitcoin (and one shouldn't confuse Bitcoin with "crypto"). To put it in perspective, we are slower into supporting Bitcoin than even the big banks who have been issuing Bitcoin ETFs. And we are one of the last companies to build AI functionality, and we did it just for B2B users, and with a local only model that doesn't leak data. We are not by any means a quick mover, but rather a quite slow and cautious mover overall.
@protonprivacy
this is a real weird move for a "privacy" company, given how *not* private bitcoin is - so is building a public mapping of users emails to their btc addresses
> "(and one shouldn't confuse Bitcoin with "crypto")"
and this is a weird thing to hear from anyone who isn't a bitcoin maximalist
why is *Proton* offering the _least_ private way to pay people and telling me its a good thing?
