...if #climatechange doesn't wipe us out first. Which is a good segue to, it's #Indigenous ways of living that have protected so much land, and we are willingly providing the model for how to adapt to changes we're all experiencing.
Think of it this way: A lot of y'all have some portion of your income invested in the status quo. That's a fair bet: it's been around your whole life and then some (but not much longer, tbh).
But I'd suggest this: diversify your portfolio. If you're investing in capitalism (and any investment with capital *is*) - considering investing in alternative economic systems, like #MutualAid, #IndigenousMutualAid.
If you're investing in settler-colonialism (and any participation in settlerism *is*) - considering investing in alternative social systems - #IndigenousAutonomy, #IndigenousSovereignty
