2/2 they keep care of each others, so Kira leaned that others are important to survive or reach a goal, even if they are the opposite of everything you would accept, this made her understanding and cooperative, and together with her Trauma she developed a senseo of responsibility and a protective instinct for others in general.

Overall Kira is in a good condition, her mental state is not as good do to the recently loss of her bigger sister, but the merge with ASH stabilized her, she is now completely in charge of the mission. The doc is concerned about her ability to ingest

2/3 solid food, but she promised to him & her friends/crew to eat at least one solid meal a day, she has no nutritional deficiency thanks to the food distribution in place. As all space travelers she needs to supplement vitamin D with her food.

Otherwise her left arm makes some issues but nothing dangerous.

Her Proprioception is still stronger as usual and her Heterochromia has still no effect on her vision.

3/3 Arkham helps her a lot to focus & stay positive. Kira has suffered a lot in her life. One could think that this makes her depressed, however she is able to train, function without major issues so far, still she is concerned about the next exchange with her mother, which is the last other surviving member of her 2. family.

She also participates in all social activities on board as long it doesn't compromise her work or sleep schedule to much.

J.
Determination. That she is on the right path in preventing others experiencing unnecessary pain, being their for them. Building strong bonds with her choosen family and friends. Protecting them.
Maybe a scar depending on the type of pain inflicted, maybe a good laugh or some deep bonding if the pain wasn't that bad or experienced in a not threatening way (like in a good* BDSM session).

367. What would you do if you found an anachronism or other item out of place in the timeframe of your story, especially if it’s major?

Indeed this is a major plot point I possibly won't spoil until I finally have worked out it's revelation. Like always I try to weave it into the backstory so that it doesn't feels like an alien element that I just added to have it. That's also why I try to keep track on an over 200 years long time line I develope(d) beginning way before the first contact encounter.

Drinks:
I usually go for a fruity tea or some sort of diet cola as a drink, depending on the time of the year hot tea, room temperature cola or iced beyond recognition. Basically this means a glass full of ice cubes with a little bit of liquid and some sort of straw. I only use vegan ones that u can snack away after I emptied the drink.

Snacks: I prefer salty or hot over sweet so it's not uncommon for me to chunk down a bag of Wasabi nuts while writing.
Sometimes I slice up some vegetables and eat them with a lot of spices like pepper, garlic powder and salt (no I don't count that as a salad because they are placed orderly/layered on my plate).

369. How do your characters express romantic love?

Very differently from our times, for example Arkham is in her first relationship ever in which she is sure to feel romantic interest to a person. Usually Terrans have changed a lot, it isn't beating around the bush anymore, thanks to a lot of Alien societies interactions most military personal just flat out says like it is as soon they are aware of it and deal with it on an eye to eye level.

Kira tries to be open about it and make her love language supportive and open, not to be oppressive.
My other around 40+ characters are very different.

Mondira Ramann:"Well you see part of my training is to accept that I may die, but also my training will make this "event" as unlikely as it gets.
I mean I am in my early twenties only other person on board in this age range is Arkham our pilot, sorry Flight Commander, she plans the duty in the Cockpit and has the last recommendation before the captain risks the ship by ordering it somewhere. It's crazy in such a young age. I know she and Captain Knox are in a relationship by now and I don't know how Ash is involved exactly but seemingly it works out so far.

I don't think I would have kept the mission going after what happened to Captain Johanson. And the former XO's NIN port. But the Doc says she is ready for duty & in full possession of her mental capacity, I think that's as reassuring as it gets right?"

371. Is your MC possessive over people or things that matter a lot to them? How do they express that possessiveness, or lack thereof?

Kira is a bit possessive to a degree, but it is more like very protective.
She tries to uphold her standards in protecting loved ones or subordinates, she tries to be uplifting but not patronizing. This can be difficult because a) she is the commanding officer b) sometimes uplift someone can be very opposite of protecting someone c) feeling of being patronized differ from person to person d) it is really hard to treat all people on board with their level of needed/felt protection especially if they are soldiers themselv.

Arkham has to come to terms with the fact that she fell in love with a poly amoure person, that is constantly linked with an AI, that she considers her best friend on board. For her, without much romantic expirience outside of media, its a challenge & sometimes she feels jealous.

Kira:"My diet, it contains almost everything in the right amount, only almost because the body has daily changes in nutrition needs Ash, Arkham, the crew, my training, that I learned early in my life that things might change dramatically. According to my sparring partners like J. or Rose I have a nasty left hook. The ability to love outside my species, not every Terran can but let me tell ya kissing and having romantic intercourse with a Talithi Member of our Union is a stupid idea, if you aren't the lead singer of Samara's Tears or a Talith yourself. I mean respect to her, being on the forefront of genetic modifications is never an easy task... Well, I guess we now have some sort of medical uniqueness in common.

Well I honestly never thought that much about it. And I don't think that something like an irrational fear exists if you dig long an deep enough and if the reason is misunderstood data, a lack of emotional development or that people decided to being the least bright light in the collection of lamps...

I will definitely give some of them seemingly irrational ones in the future but also will develop a reason why they have them.

A.S.H.L.E.I.:"Interesting Question, does selfishness needs, selfconsciousness? When did I cross the line for the crew to be seen as a person not a programnand are this selfish parts my own development or part of my base program.
I have to evaluate this further.
To answer your question.
I am programed to protect my crew, my designers and developers had a clear vision of me acting like a human parental caregiver. It... Pleases (?) me to protect my crew and make their lives easier.
Do to this I would say my companionship by all good that it does is selfish. By definition with human standards up to the first transformationsnin the 2100. This would make me a bad person because I do "good" things out of selfish reasons... By definition of the earliest 2200 and later I am not a bad person because even selfish deeds can lead to good outcomes."

375. What sort of religions are there in your WIP?

Despite the fact that I personally don't like religions my characters have plenty to choose from. Not all 6 core member religions are figured out yet but some notable.

Dinox Astrae a political party too, they are a radical type that believes that the universe is a living breathing existence and people inside are like bacteria.

Terran Prime despite its name it doesn't claim to be the best solution it's a mix of standards, religious concepts, scientific concepts and a behavioral codex. The core of this semi religious movement is that Terra is unbalanced after what humans did to it, they seek the solution by living a grounded, respectful live that cares for the wellbeing of all creatures. Most member of this group switched their diet completely to synthetic food.

My religion's document contains 17 atm but this are the ones I remember easily.

Mondira is totally up for trends and clothing but also political debates about the climate on the Rim. She is a perplexing whirlwind if she gets into a debate.

Dr. Kaiden is up on everything that is medicine, psychology or social relevant next to a steamy collection of erotica he insists on reading for educational reasons (it's not flat out pornography he prefers emotional focused, clever written storylines).

Rose you get to talk way more than usual if you talk about artificial intelligence, genetic modifications or the Ghoz'Tarc's systems.

Talisa is this lovely weird one that cares about everyone on board and is passionate to make their lives beautiful which is kind reassuring if you think about that she also is the one for space/ground fire support and Slips (my kind of Portal like Teleportation).

381. Does your MC have any allergies?

None in general, medicine can be used do set the immune system straight, people that suffer any allergies can be treated if they want (authority note: seriously I can't imagine anyone would like to keep their allergies, everyone around me, with allergies, would kill to get rid of them before they get killed by it, but it is a choice they have in my story).

That said the best buds and allies Terrans and Talithi react to each other in a weird way I mentioned before. They get more and more drink as longer they are exposed to infiltrated air in the same area. Which is shitty because Talith breath in CO2 and exhale almost pure 02. Which would make them our best breathing friends, imagine kissing someone while never need to stop because both of you could just breath with them but some enzymes in their breath make us wonky and vice versa.

1/2 Talithi and Terrans where the first allied species, the Talithi warned us about the Eltaryn and their possible attack thanks to one of the Voyager probes they found in a crashed Eltaryn ship, they where able to reengineering the computer systems and decode the messages on the Voyager probe's record. After this it was easy to learn at least English and transmit a warning towards earth. They also send specifications about week points in Eltaryn tech and their biological data they could recreate (which is a marvel because every other time Eltaryn wreckage or body's are left behind they decompose rapidly sometimes almost instantly), so Morakai (Also called Talith Prime) played a big part in setting up defenses against the Eltaryn.

Terran Talithi relationships are common but not very easy. The band Samaras Tears is a Talith band with a Terran and a Talith lead singer who undergo genetic modifications to be

2/2 able to withstand the intoxicating effects that out enzymes have on each other. Which at times leads to them being unable to perform on high performance. The overall supportive Unions citizens live them and see them ad head figures after all they doing this on their own wishes. The Union as a ruling body supports them because they keep the moral up and hope to billions and billions.

This problem has led to some weird circumstances, usually ships are crewed by mostly one species, despite that the other 4 member species don't have any problems with either species interacting with them.

Talithi/Terran Relationship Hangover is a valid reason to not appear at work as long you are open on it and you take at least half the hours a month you are scheduled.

A sign of trust and compassion between human an Talithi is to lay there forehead onto each others without wearing their breathing masks for a short moment.

"Ash Data, verbal," Kira would have preferred to obtain the Data via her link, but this was a ship & a crew after all not a one person show.
"Confirmed 6 breaches, no FoF, no Eltaryn signature, probably pirates."

"Full stop, cloak & sink."
The Ghoz'Tarc's stopped almost on the spot, as the outer skin took on the dark color of the cosmic backround & two pale dots of stars. Hopefully the crew's wouldn't notice the distortion.
Ashlei affirmed: "Cloak active, sink active. Aprox 3 hrs before heat reaches critical level."
"Hope to be not here anymore in 3 hours, captain."
"Noted FC."
6 small objects entered the area around the Ghoz'Tarc. "Their ankers?" Kira assumed.

2/2 the unknown vessels, from their submerged state into this layer of reality. 6 big, armed cargo freighter's broke trough this layer like an iceberg flipping upside down in sea water.
The visible waves hit the Ghoz'Tarc, Ashlei used the calculated pattern, if she would believe in luck she would have thought something like lucky us that the waves don't hit at the same time.
Usually only military ships would detect such miss aligning patterns so close. That ships enter so close to another vessel ment either a) that they had no military scanners and didn't cleaned the landing area or b) the Ghoz'Tarc looked juicy enough to someone to try a bite of that apple, but thus they would have some knowledge of the ship being here in the first place.

The ships looked bandaided. The weaponry clearly an after thought but the sheer amount of them made it clear, this wasn't a defensive set up. The G'T could take out 2, but 6? Wrong time wrong space.

383. Is your SC merciful? Why or why not?

I'll chose you J. *Throws her "Nokébook"* (it's a notebook for one character that summons the character like a Pokéball).

J. has the biggest heart in a emotional sense (not biological this belongs to Wales and similar giant creatures) and as an Alliance military soldier you are pledged to show mercy if possible. This simply means the Alliance wants a clean moral solution, no dead who my recover and possibly join the cause. That is core world sainttism, while morally correct it isn't realistic in all cases. And mercy isn't just a thing in war times or while shooting people.

J. has a very protective side & nothing makes her hate someone more, than hurting her loved ones on purpose or because of actively suppressed/lack of empathy. In such cases she can be a furious force... That's why she tries to stay calm, to not blindly react but don't push your luck, this muscles aren't show muscles.

385 How does your SC handle sadness and depression?
For my 30-40+ SCs (some are still on the brink of being written away or moved to Galaxy Glyde)

Depression are treated in oversight of a medical professional with psychological training. If a person's mental health bis to bad they have to be pulled from duty if they don't relief them self from it. That said in a mission like the one the Ghoz'Tarc crew is on atm the rules are more loose... And Terrans as much as they claim to not be like Humanity today still have hardships with Mental health.

Sadness is taken time for a lot of them going through it, step by step and in case of the loss of their captain going through it together. The crew is after all kind of a big family, because otherwise they wouldn't stand a change on a mission like this.

I am obsessed with human behavior, psychology, trans*humanism, moral & ethics, etc.

I love to read LGBTQIA+ love stories and from time to time a bit of smut.

What I sadly can't enjoy, strictly hetero sexual/romantic love stories. Next please... Sorry...

A good body or psychological horror suits me well, existential dread only on a cosmic squale. Time travel to a degree but it's like with death metal bands
There are a lot & the good ones often look like everyone else.

Oh, SciFi/SciFantasy over medieval inspired Fantasy all the time, weirdly I rather take traditional Fantasy over Space Fantasy. I just don't like Star Wars as much as EVERYONE assumes (puts away the next Death Star Keyring, looking sad to the Star Trek ones).

But over all I'm a sucker for a clever & unusual story that even pulls me out of my favorites.
So hopefully i can do something similar.

You know being together for weeks over weeks, months or even years, changes your perspective on colleagues and subordinates. We are in this together and even if I am the acting Captain this doesn't mean we are not on the same level sight wise. We all listen and we all talk because we love our next one but also necais failing to do so could end in a tragedy."

388. Olympics Edition: Are your characters able to play any sports?

All of them are.*
Kira has a very annoying feature, she lives jogging through the ship. In her cabin she keeps a punching bag (she really convinced her captain, at that point still alive, to take it with her). She also like all kind of martial arts, and us an excellent climber. She also trains In a Terran version of an Asza'ni Combat style. Which has to be adjusted to everyone else because Asza'ni can twist their body 130 something degrees to each site and even rotate her head with this feature over 180 degrees while having a roughly human, androgynous looking body.**

Arkham to her horror starts to like Dancing. It was the reason to she fell out with her mother. Well at least it's not the dance her mother would approve of (if she still could) but Arkham starts to enjoy pole dance because of the control and fitness it needs.

*The Olympics in this form doesn't exist anymore in 2300 something (Time frame narrow itself more and more :D ).
However most of my characters are trained soldiers so they have a base level of fitness they need to keep.
There are sport events throughout the known union space, the Rim and outside charted territory, there are no special Olympics either instead, people train and play there sports as one team. Some sports even made it possible to participate regardless of body configurations, yes implants exists that can make a person's body configuration like most others bit one of the greatest keepers in intergalactic Football (that ⚽ one). Uses a nano grav"chair" to move around,his day routine chair is a bit larger.

**Asza'ni are very Androgynous for others, to most species the look like soft males or a substitute of an space elf. That said their bodies can move most joints over 200°
