Off to West London to conduct an #Ekahau based Wireless Diagnostics Survey. Client has had problems since the install of this UniFi system by a third party. No matter what they’ve done it’s been unreliable. Even #Ubiquiti Support have been involved and claim there is nothing wrong with the firmware or config. They say “it has to be the property itself doing it” and closed the case. I’ve not promised the client I’ll definately find anything wrong, but I’ll give it my best shot. 🧐
