It's beautiful! No question about it! The ocean, the sand, the pleasant temperatures (while it's over 100°F inland). But, as it often is with Vanlife, finding wild camping spots is really tough. "No camping" signs everywhere. Maybe that's why I'm not quite warming up to the idea of parking by the sea.

Ich bin häufig müde und frustriert😔. Tagsüber zwar am Meer, dafür abends an irgendwelchen Pull-Offs an der Straße, die richtig laut sind🔊. Da kommt mir die Zeit an der Küste von Portugal oder in Italien an der Amalfi-Küste in den Sinn. Da war es damals auch richtig schwierig.

Es ist wunderschön! Keine Frage! Das Meer, der Sand, die angenehmen Temperaturen (im Inland herrschen bis zu 40 Grad)🥵. Aber wie es im Vanlife manchmal so ist, sind Wildcampingplätze einfach richtig schwer zu finden. Überall Verbotsschilder ❌. Vielleicht werde ich deshalb mit dem Stehen-am-Meer einfach nicht warm.

I'm often tired and frustrated. Spending the day by the ocean, but ending up at noisy roadside pull-offs at night. It reminds me of my time on the coast of Portugal or the Amalfi Coast in Italy. It was really challenging there too.
