@yakumo_izuru #Groundpolis looks very interesting. Pale Moon can render it (since it's based on a v12 version before top-level await became required) and there are additional post visibility options compared to #Misskey v13 (though it doesn't have reaction acceptance) ​​

@mima https://sakura.tel also runs a Misskey v11 fork (in particular, the one from めいめい) which they also maintain themselves
