WearyBonnieNew Disney Princess achievement unlocked: on my way home from school I saw my two djitti-djitti friends in someone else's garden, so obviously I stopped to say hello. They flew up on to the fence next to me to say hi 🥰

except with a "D" sound at the beginning ?

Yeah, that's very similar to how I say it I think - I'm no expert though. If I think about it very carefully I can hear a slight difference between dchi and dji but I think only because I'm overthinking it 😅

We've got a #CompostBin that let's out flying insects.
And it has #DjittiDjitti in frequent attendance on sunny days.
Though rainy days see nothing of them here.
I wonder where they go?

Oh that reminds me of my dad's garden when I was little - when the djitti-djitti came to visit he would open the compost bin up for them to feast 😁
I see them in my garden on rainy days, though not actually in the rain I think.
