So… yeah, People who are AFAB need to inherit two copies of the colorblindness gene to be colorblind. Birthing parents are more likely to pass down red-green forms of colorblindness which is more common in people who are AMAB b/c the genes for the color vision proteins are on the X chromosome, of which people who are AMAB have one and people who are AFAB have two.
