Hoooooly crap, that #PhysicalTherapy session hurt like a bitch but #PlotTwist - somewhere during the weight work my #endorphin switch flipped. Legs just got me to and from PT in 93˚ F and I'm still raring to go, and poor little Bad Arm can't do more - I guess Good Arm will have to get some work in.🏋️‍♀️
