kurushimiIt’s awful and annoying — not to mention often illegal depending on where you are — but it does happen and not just with Samsung. Recommend not spending more energy on this and just filter with emails
@kurushimi yeah, complaining about it briefly on the internet is the only thing i'm doing about this other than email filtering.

Yup, this is what they do. Even if it does work, it doesn’t matter, because they’ll just create a new subscription category and opt you back in. It’s illegal, but laws without enforcement are just ink and paper.
