Jeff Smith スミスBehold the Galaxy and Nectaron Hazy. I’ve only brewed one hazy before and it was an all grain kit. This is one I assembled though the recipe is from League of Brewers here in NZ. 1kg of rolled oats makes for a really nice mouth feel.
