Some service suggested that I watch a show called #TheTracker which seems melodramatic and too full of itself, so I'm rewatching #TheFinder instead, which is a lot of fun and features a lovely #MichaelClarkeDuncan in his final role before his death.

I love how #TheFinder's nack for finding things comes (a bit absurdly) from a #TraumaticBrainInjury while serving in Iraq, and the show deals a lot with themes of #Disability, #MentalHealth, #PTSD, #SurvivorsGuilt, and #OCD / #OCPD.

Also, Walter's unabashed eccentricity and lack of shame about (or masking of) his condition is delightful and kinda inspiring.

@mikemccaffrey Another fan of "The Finder." Greetings!

I enjoyed this show, and I was so frustrated when it was cancelled. The show was a spinoff from "Bones," one of the most tenuous spinoffs I've seen. But "The Finder" itself was interesting, with a variety of distinct, believable, and interesting characters.

At the time the show was first broadcast, Fox Broadcasting Company was earning a reputation for quickly cancelling shows. The Finder, Terra Nova, Alcatraz -- all only had a short first season (for a broadcast TV series) with a quick cancellation, despite immediately establishing fan bases that, like the series, never had a chance to grow.

@Nmyownworld You don't need to tell me about Fox. So many cancellations that were terrible, including the (first) live action The Tick.
@mikemccaffrey I have watched Tracker, and I agree it’s not your taste.
