They're most likely scammers.
Treat customers as a bother, are rude on the phone, pushy with demands of payment upfront before even providing a proper quote. Their phone numbers are picked up by the same person, with obviously same treatment.
AirPro Diagnostics shares a location (address), and the phone number goes to same system. The other companies have different addresses for pretty much every year.
All of those are red flags.
Online reviews confirm much of this, by people who fell prey to them.
