If I hadn't of given up on #KZAudio China support with the 1st set I would be in the hole >£300 by now
Come on, I couldn't let their abominable customer support go could I so now every time I buy a new set from #Amazon UK I return the old/broke set, in place of the new set, for a refund
TBF KZ IEMs have lasted me almost 5 years
