At the end, I found out that Android is unable to print on my Samsung CLP-365 unless both raw TCP printing and SNMP are enabled. Like, WTF!? Why isn't IPP enough!?
I feel like requiring so many "extra protocols" to be enabled is a cybersecurity fuck up as it increases the attack surface.
