So yes, this SCOTUS Is crooked, corrupt and this RULING on immunity is absurd and becomes a hand grenade rolling in any White House invititing MASSIVE CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR

But this SCOTUS just told Jack Smith, go ahead, toss Trump into prison. You have FULL authority on 'non official acts'

AND...

Supreme Court DID rule that any Presidential acts that are listed in the Constitution - those are sacred, & absolute immunity applies there (this ruling is absurd)

BUT this SCOTUS did say any other acts can be prosecuted, and non-official acts carry NO IMMUNITY AT ALL (campaigning, false electors)

So considering this is a corrupt, ultra-right wing power mad Supreme Court, we actually got a 'partial victory' today. Not total victory, but Jack Smith DOES HAVE authority to go prosecute Trump on THAT COURT CASE in DC, but only PART of the felony charges, not all of them

TAKE THE VICTORY

Instead, this SCOTUS went on a mindbogglingly inane ruling, that ALLOWS Trump to be prosecuted - but does NOT allow Bill Barr or Jeff Clark to be prosecuted

They make Pence related testimony POSSIBLE

They threw the state fake electors under the bus with Trump

THAT brew took six months to concoct

Where do we stand? Jack Smith ASKED for this ruling on Immunity six months ago! Jack Smith KNEW it will come up, he wanted a ruling on it

Jack Smith ALREADY SAID, if there is uncertaintly of immunity for official acts, let me prosecute Trump on NON OFFICIAL acts

SCOTUS just said - go ahead, sir.

So Jack Smith has had THIS SCENARIO mapped out SIX MONTHS AGO

It will not take Jack Smith long to file the revised (reduced) indictment where the offical acts are removed, and non official acts can proceed

Judge Chutkan had SEEN THIS COMING, she will be prepared of course too

That is not all...

That is not all. This SCOTUS gave some guidelines on what kind of acts are not official acts. Chief Justice Roberts said campaigning is not official act. Justice Barrett said asking fake electors to falsify documents is not an official act

Separtely Roberts said the Pence discussions might be crime

So for Judge Chutkan, SCOTUS has just given a good amount of guidance of HOW she can rule, to not be overruled

This SCOTUS does want Trump in prison. They hate him. They know he is a criminal

BUT this SCOTUS is corrupt. They also ruled in bizarro ways to help Bill Barr, Jeff Clark (maybe Meadows)
