It's official. #Biden can now launch #Project2024 by ordering the assassination of Justices #Thomas, #Alito, #Gorsuch, #Kavanaugh, and #Barrett for failure to uphold the #Constitution to facts more recent than the paper it was written on.
Next he must demand all #Congress and #Senate members who refused to certify the 2020 election resign or suffer the same fate in 3 days for #Insurrection.
When they're gone he can nominate rational judges that live in the 21st century.

Then, #Congress must pass the #JohnLewis voting rights act, #GeorgeFloyd justice Reform, #Sanders #MedicareForAll (including dental, vision, and perscription drugs), and reauthorize the #ERA.
They must also legislate #RoeVWade reproductive rights, #Chevron type deference to executive agencies, enforceable #SCOTUS #EthicsRules, and develop #SCOTUS reform program (time limit on nomination holds, recognizing originalism as the ridiculous abuse of power it is).

Finally, they must begin the establishment of the popular vote for #President and #Vicepresident, declare the president and vice president officers and officials of the #UnitedStates, subject to all laws and statutes at all times, just as any other citizen because NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW and should NOT be able to assassinate political enemies.
Except for this project, of course.

Any #SpecialProsecutor and #AttorneyGeneral investigating an incoming #President remain in office until the investigation is completed and remain independent of the new president.
