NieAWatched WolfWalkers again, which means that at last I've finished my rewatch of the three Irish folklore films by Tomm Moore. Upon seeing it again, I think it is my favorite of the three. (But that's like trying to choose between Kiki's Delivery Service, Spirited Away, and Princess Mononoke.)
WolfWalkers has the darkest and most intense story out of itself, Song of the Sea, and The Secret of Kells. The animation style is a fantastic evolution from the films which preceded it. And finally, not only is the mythical being in the story a girl (as was the case in the previous two films), but so is the protagonist this time.
All together, WolfWalkers is just an excellent film with a great story, and it looks amazing.
