Hello, fediverse, again!
@evanprodromou Oh wait, can you see replies from the fediverse now?
@evanprodromou Oh yeah, one step closer.
@evanprodromou so is this now a two-way wrist radio, of sorts?

@joemcl @evanprodromou

hmm, fediverse replies not showing up on the public page - perhaps shown to the publisher only?

@js @evanprodromou
Yeah replies from fediverse not showing on Threads, though the replies *count* over on Threads might include replies from the fediverse?
Now available in over 100 countries for Threads users!
Are we ever gonna go the other way and let some of this federated sunshine in though?
*chomps at bit*
Is this working for you? I am still trying to get the following handles working:
1. @[email protected] -- from Mastodon where all I appear to be able to do is follow without seeing posts.

2. @[email protected] -- don't think that's usable here at all.

3. [email protected] -- ditto, but expected it to work on Mastodon.

1. The big change is that this week you started getting replies from the Fediverse, too.

2. And 3. Threads is its own server on the Fediverse. You don't connect a Mastodon or Flipboard account to your Threads account. It's independent.
Yes, I understand that.
My examples were about the fact that I have to use those url patterns on Mastodon to see what I've posted over here :)

I would expect @[email protected] to be the handle that works, but it only works as an identifier for others to follow on Mastodon etc. Ditto [email protected].

My quibble is that these platform-specific tweaks blur matters.
