OldManToastToday was my last day with my team, and I start a new role with a new team on Monday. Got a lot of thanks, and acknowledgement for my work, but the thing that I will carry with me, is a common theme of team members being thankful for me helping to create a safe learning environment.
It was a very confusing day emotionally for me, and it will take a few days for me to really let all of those personal notes land fully.
