The torrent tracker is an i2p one (https://geti2p.net this i2prouter is written in java and includes a bittorrent downloder called i2psnark). The same torrent might be available over legacy internet, i have no idea tho.
apparently RT have uploaded Julian Assange's interviews to odysee, a cloudflare service. does RT take their reader's privacy serious, maybe not as much as they signal :(
