The Research Data Alliance (#RDA, @resdatall) just launched an #OpenScience award named after #SarahJones.
https://www.rd-alliance.org/the-sarah-jones-award/

Now I want to know more about Sarah Jones. Could those in a position to do so please write a #Wikipedia article about her? (There are 19 on other SJ's but not yet one on this SJ.) That would be another way to honor her.

And BTW, the RDA is calling for nominations for this year's Sarah Jones award.

@petersuber
Needs more coverage. I'll dig in.

@resdatall

@petersuber @resdatall let me check what @wikidata has...

@petersuber @resdatall I find two possible candidates, maybe just two @wikidata for the same IRL person, but also many other records. I'm going to need a bit more info, I think:

1. https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q54988974
2. https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q112488238

The many options: https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?go=Go&search=sarah+jones&search=sarah+jones&title=Special:Search&ns0=1&ns120=1

@petersuber @resdatall @wikidata Hi Peter, it took some time. I asked some people for more info, and with this I came to the conclusion that the above #wikidata accounts are the right one and I merged them. I did some further editing, and while no #wikipedia page, there is now this seed @wdscholia page: https://scholia.toolforge.org/author/Q54988974
