This judge guilty as hell. Notice how in the first video the judge literally says "how'd you find out about this court's private ex parte communications?"
Dude was more interested in knowing the source than explaining how this wasn't blatantly illegal over reach.
What's critical about this episode in American corruption is how blatantly the judicial systems has a goal of producing show trials which deliver the results demanded by prosecutors.
These are the same corrupt courts which are hearing a RICO case against Atlanta Forest Defenders. What are the odds the judges also have their thumb on the scale when Americans use their first amendment rights to oppose the cops?

Today another one of the 28 RICO defendants, Yak Gotti, in the YSL trial took issue with Judge Glanville's allegedly illegal closed door meetings with witnesses.
Yak Gotti's lawyer filed a motion for Judge Glanville to immediately rescue himself or have a hearing where he may be removed from the trial by a court review process.

As has become expected with Judge Glanville, he immediately denied the motion and refused to stop the trial for any reason. Oh and he washed that all down with a thinly vailled threat to have yet another lawyer thrown in jail for having the audacity to attempt to hold the judge accountable.
News just out that Judge Glanville has been ordered off the Young Thug trial. Judge Glanville was seen weeks ago berating lawyer's and threatening to jail them when they questioned the judge's choice to meet secretly with witnesses without defense attorneys present.
