Deaf and intersex: this is a flag for intersex people who are Deaf! Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser Syndrome (MRKH), an intersex variation, results in deafness in many cases.

I've created this flag by taking the Deaf flag, and changing the colours to the yellow and purple of the intersex flag. Note that capital-D Deaf refers to Deaf culture - the meta-cultural group of deaf communities who use sign languages (ASL, LSQ, Auslan, etc) and the like.

The Deaf flag features a splayed hand to evoke signed languages. You can read more about it here:
