I first became aware of the site of the future #GardenofReadin about 5 years ago.
I #clinkd on a short article about a property for sale by a #Silverlake celeb I admired.
It was just a few pages long w/ some photos that focused on the interiors and #pool.
I noticed little info about the other structures on the property, the #terrain or location.
The outdoor photos of #cactus and the main structure did not pique further interest.
I knew that Elliot's house from #ET and a special old #cemetery were also in that area.
Even then I knew nothing about my ancient namesake despite my interest in #philosophy.
#Epicurean was just an adjective for a fancy feast or extravagant meal for over 50+ years whenever I noticed its' use in conversations or text and NEVER to signal a #spartan diet.
