these wealth hoarders are obviously suffering a severe mental illness which compels them to destroy the world they depend on all the while appearing miserable -- if it's not big fun, why bother?
@Luna @parismarx He didn’t come up with any of the designs for the Falcon Heavy, Starship, or any of his Teslas. He just takes the “risk” and takes all the earnings while paying his workers—who actually did the work—less than a pittance. Basically, like most CEOs, he’s a freeloader who’s never worked an honest day’s work in his life.
That’s what ultimately killed most of my respect for him.
@SiteRelEnby @enoch_exe_inc Yeah, I know. I just couldn’t fit it into 500 characters.
The dream of interplanetary travel is nice. But Elon Musk is not the man to realise that dream. Plus, I have a far more ambitious plan than high(er) speed Internet, and that’s #SpaceBasedSolarPower. Instead of swarms of tiny comms satellites in low orbit, why not enormous solar arrays at the Lagrange points where the Sun always shines?
@enoch_exe_inc @Luna @parismarx
In fairness, he did come up with the idea of removing the cooling ponds from the SpaceX launch pads, a brilliant innovation that *checks notes* caused the rapid unscheduled dissasembly of both the launch pad and the rocket.
I dimly remember the Afd program and advertisement leaning heavy into the trad wife and “women’s role is children” stuff. (They downplay it to attract the crowd that’s more racist than misogynistic, and they know well how to downplay their racism, too, when they’re pretending to be respectable, but it’s all there.)
Come to think of it, I recall reading Elon had agreed with some “women’s natural nurturing bla bla feminism bad” on his site so that tracks.
If it wears jackboots like a Nazi,
and if it goosesteps like a Nazi
and believes in eugenics and replacement theory like a Nazi
and vocally supports Nazis...
As a white person, I absolutely support replacement of these dim bulbs. If they can't keep up with immigrants, they're just dead weight wanting special protection so they can have jobs despite their incompetence.
I've never worried about being replaced and I grew up lower middle class in rural OK in an 'oppressed' conservative christian family/community. To reflect their rhetoric, why don't racists pull themselves up by their own bootstraps? :)
Oh, also, as a successful white person and home owner, with a long and solid career, I'm 100% right racists. Now don't argue with your betters. Go back to pretending that 'racial purity' means anything other than inbred.
NOTE: None of those things make anyone better than anyone else. I am NOT better than you. I am just using the rhetoric of racists to illustrate to racists how stupid racism is.
@parismarx
worse in context
he posted this in response to Naomi Seibt (a 23-year-old german woman paid to be "the anti-Greta" by far-right climate-change denier think tanks) saying she voted AfD
Oh yes, he IS missing something.
And when I read this I couldn't help myself...
I logged in and replied...
Nobody reads my stuff over there, I'm almost invisible, but I had to reply
Every day, as a foreigner here, in Germany I am shocked to see how a country drifts into extremes and, unfortunately, this is often not even meant in a bad way by many.
But then they become tools of real fascists and don't realize how they are being manipulated
It is so sad.....
Guess he did Natzi it…?
@parismarx it says something when you’re too racist for Germany, the literal birthplace of Nazism.
(Yes, I know Germany has swung the other way and are far more cautions about nazism than most other countries… just take the joke without overthinking it.)
Elon Musk says whatever his planet-frying investors want him to say to support a global anti-democracy movement.

@parismarx Hah. Stupid he is.
Always so overt about trying to be covert.
In Finland we have a saying: ”This thing is visible enough to be seen by a blind man with a walking stick.”
Is there nobody among his court jesters bold enough to tell him that brown-shirts don't drive electric?
(Brief transcript from German parliament on that party's position regarding EVs: https://www.bundestag.de/presse/hib/849512-849512 )
Oh, wait, Germany doesn't like Tesla anymore… so this is his way of retaliation? 😏🤢
Wondering how Tesla is faring in Germany/EU?
Have a look: https://mastodon.online/@oliver_schafeld/112579940867727920
@parismarx Another point can be that US politics is so aligned to the right thar "far right" in Europe is more "center/right" in the US. center/left in Europe puts you off the far left communist category in the US.
So, AfD may seem "not that right" to a lot of Americans. :(
