Exhale and slowly raise your arms in front of you,
keeping them straight (but not locked), until they
are at shoulder height.
Inhale and slowly lower the handle or bar back to
the starting position, maintaining control
throughout the movement.
Keep your back straight and avoid leaning back as
you lift the weight.
Exhale when lifting the weight and inhale
when lowering it.
