Ok, found out myself. Short answer:
- Just include the hashtag in the title. Title formatting works by just using a simple # at the start of the line. The next hashtags will be displayed as such.
- Make sure your post ist a bit longer than a few words, otherwise Mastodon will just display your whole blog post within the toot and not show the title.
