@davidzipper I wonder if this extends to the kids who tune their mopeds here...noisy, stinky, etc.

But is it really different than the kids with illegally modified ebikes? Who knows.

But really what I care about is the harms the impart on others. Noise and pollution harm me...our bike paths are wide enough that a few kids on illegal fatbike ebikes aren't much of a problem. Maybe not the case everywhere.
