if (mammalian) anthros wore face masks, how do they deal with their whiskers getting all scrunched up against their face/muzzle while wearing one

maybe they just try to ignore it? that sounds unlikely to me considering how specifically sensitive whiskers are as a sensory organ

@asnev
2 things you should consider.
1. the whiskers come out to the side (normally)
2. the animal can move their whiskers around.
@loganer if the muzzle is long enough then point 1 would apply and this whole thing might not be that big of an issue. but what about those with shorter muzzles? poor feline people have to deal with masks scrunching against everything on the lower face...

@asnev probably just number 2 than, being moving their whiskers consciously.

i also can't imagine the whiskers being too sensitive to just ignore as well.
in normal feral animals i'd agree that it would be too much but normal feral animals don't have big brains :)

@asnev
Topical numbing agent.

Or perhaps they've become less sensitive and easier to ignore over the course of their evolution as their need for them was reduced.
