Of the non dairy milks I’ve tried so far, all were great, but Oat Milk is my fave over Soy (2nd place so far) and Cashew, which I liked the least of them.
I am happy the one I like best is also the most sustainable.

@JoBlakely oat milk is top tier. It makes the best hot chocolate. It's also very easy to make a reasonable version in a pinch, that will do for a cup of tea or coffee.

I cannot bring myself to pour it on my porridge though. It's just too weird 😅

@Aerliss it’s been amazing for my iced coffees.

@JoBlakely I'm not crazy about the color when I use it in cereal. My experience is that it comes out gray. but it's got the most milk-like mouth feel I've found so far. Great for rice pudding & golden milk.

I actually do like almond milk best, but don't get it for sustainability reasons.

(I'd love to try pecan milk - I've read that pecans could be farmed quite sustainably if American southern agriculture were even close to as well-run as Californian agriculture.)

@FeralRobots I haven tried almond milk bc I don’t like Almonds. But will probably try coconut at some point. It’s great there are so many options.
