@cheetah_spottycat it used to be that I'd you searched anything even remotely suicidal like "what does bleach taste like" then it would automatically redirect you to suicide help resources. I was honestly impressed but guess that's all in the past, ugh.

@cheetah_spottycat Even if this is faked, I get the impression that there's probably a lot of people working at Google who voiced objections to rushing out AI, got overruled from above, and just decided "Fuck it! Push to prod! Let's show the world exactly what this is." ...hoping that humanity would eventually realize just how stupid and overhyped the endeavor really is. And if they keep their head down they'll keep their job.
