Brew day today. Münchner Helles with these gorgeous Wakatu hops in the whirlpool. Some Hallertau Mittelfrüher (Wakatu’s parent) also in the whirlpool. This is 20g after I put them in the dehydrator for half a day. There was a dusting of hop hash on the sheet below them - that goes in also of course! I didn’t weigh them before so don’t know how much moisture loss.

They smell divine!
