@PragmTeams Our contracts for conference locations that can accommodate an event of our size must be made many years in advance. Which seems to imply that until after #Agile2023, LGBTQ+ safety and inclusion weren't part of the process.

@PragmTeams The event locations were all booked well before Covid-19 to save on costs. We had to pay a huge penalty for the missed conferences in 2020 and 2021, and they held us to the locations originally booked.
