As the semester has ended for most folks, I want to remind all disabled students about the US Office of Civil Rights. If you were discriminated against for your disability or denied an accommodation, you have 90 days since the incident to file a complaint.

The Office of Civil Rights or OCR is under resourced, so any action will take time (quite possibly too much time), however, there is something to be said for making institutions go through this process and be held accountable for their discrimination. If you have the energy, I would consider filing a complaint. At least there will be a record somewhere. If you have questions, feel free to ask me.
