𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙞𝙯𝙯𝙮 🌻today is world IBD day. IBD includes bowel diseases like crohn's and colitis ulcerosa. they're invisible, painful, embarrassing, and chronic diseases. there is no cure, and treatments are lifelong and have many side effects.
this is a reminder mostly to be patient with people. be kind if someone has to use the restroom a lot, or maybe smells a bit, or can't walk far. it could be that they're sick and don't want to share it with you.
