Today I recorded a guy talking about cybersecurity. On a break he started asking me about microphones and I did my awkward best to engage in a conversation. It eventually came out that he had previously been a recording engineer and music producer.
Him: Do you know Bone Thugs N Harmony?
Me: Sure! I'm from Cleveland.
Him: They were my main clients.
Of course I checked his Discogs and sure enough, he's worked on a bunch of cool stuff. Pretty fucking random.
