I'm visiting a client in South Africa and both yesterday and today they made us visit places non-stop from 8:15 to 16:00 without offering us anything other than water. No tea, no coffee, no lunch. Coming from Europe/UK this is blowing my mind... Also, I'm missing half of what's happening because my brain is not working.

@iridella definitely SPEAK up! They may be nervous & running on adrenaline but you absolutely have to have food & coffee, regular breaks & time to absorb

@juliasnz it's difficult because they've organized visits and are driving us around and they keep saying that it was difficult to align everyone's availability and do we mind if we have lunch after the next meeting? And then it's already 3pm and we have 1h drive to get back to the hotel. I don't understand how they think this is okay... Otherwise they're being very nice and welcoming, I can't get my head around it!
