Outgoing Arcola mayor acted outside authority in removing councilwoman, judge rules

The ruling in Fort Bend County marks a victory for councilwoman Ebony Sanco, whom Mayor Fred Burton accused of living outside city limits and prevented from voting in several council meetings. Burton recently was voted out of office.
