To my friends who might use #XfinityMobile is there a way to get a human being on the phone when one needs one? The only way I succeed is to go through the #Accessibility department who helped me bless them. If I try to use their virtual assistant I don't get far as #ScreenReaders often fail to read the newest message.
@robini71 I usually do it the same way you do or I sit for 45 minutes waiting for someone to come on the line. If I’m lucky!
@blind5sparrow Oh yes #Accessibility was the only way to get anyone today.
@robini71 i just persistently say no, they cannot text me the assistant link, and I finally get somewhere.
@luv4music1231 I tried that and it just makes me go in circles they like you better ha ha
@robini71 Oh wow, I somehow got through more than once. I've been dealing with some stuff with them recently.
@luv4music1231 That used to work for me, but isn’t working in the past month
@robini71 I just did this on Monday.
@luv4music1231 See they do like you better hahahaha. So after you call in you just say no and no and it works? I do that and end up singing "Going in circles" either by Friends of Distinction or The Gap Band haha.
@robini71 Haha, at the musical references anyway. I finally get something that lets me state my issue, and I guess it's difficult enough that they send me on through.
@luv4music1231 Well I need your script hahahaha because whatever I say it fails me. So now I just wait till I know they're open for sure go for Accessibility and make them get me a human
@robini71 Which, if you say the word blind, typically they give you accessibility if you need it or not. I try not to use that line unless it's related to accessibility, but that plan has failed me a time or a few.
@luv4music1231 Ah I have the accessibility tag on my account so they just ask if I want to go there and this time I just said yes.
@luv4music1231 And I'd do exactly as you do and in fact used to do so all the time till now when necessity forced me to do otherwise.
@robini71 I can understand tat logic.
@luv4music1231 I tried every response I could think of to no avail. And thought you'd enjoy the musical reference.
