Like I stated in on of my post some times ago I will not follow a #hardcore #noexcuse diet and instead will follow an approach which I already had good experiences in the past because it integrates very well in my daily life... Or should I say weekly life?

So the idea is to have a consistent deficit of around 500kcal each day from Monday to Friday (evening) and on the weekends to eat #qualityfood but don't look to much on the caloric limits.

For many people I think this approach is not the best advice since it's hard for them to get back into disciplined eating once they let loose. I however don't have that problems and the structure of my life actually benefits this behavior.

From Monday to Friday most of my time I spent doing screen work so activity is much lower than on a typical weekend day. So eating more on the weekend is not that big of a deal.

Because I'm so busy under the week it's much easier for me to eat less as long as I have a structured meal plan (which I always have).

Much of social activities resolves around eating/drinking fancy stuff and is taking place at the WE. Much easier to integrate this.

And most of all it's much easier for me to stick to a strict diet since I only have to do it until Friday. So I have new energy at Monday when returning to diet. This also helps me to keep my focus and strength in Training which is for me the biggest control mechanism to check. Loosing strength or consistency in the gym will definitely end in loosing muscle in the long run.
