CBSA seems to rarely understand the (C)LVS process. Mostly because UPS blueballs people in to thinking that the only way to get your goods acroos the border is with their bullshit brokerage.

So here I sit in Fort Erie waiting for an agent to process the form so I can pay the taxes and duties then shove a red hot poker up UPS’ ass tomorrow when they deliver my package.

Both CBSA needs to be better trained on how to handle LVS declarations and people need to force their hand more often with UPS and tell them they can fuck off.

Surprisingly, most people are in easy reach of a Port of Entry is Southern Ontario, and can do it themselves relatively painlessly. You just gotta wait around for CBSA.
