Microsoft Launches Phi-3 as Its Smallest Open-Source AI Model to Date
Microsoft released its smaller language artificial intelligence (AI) model Phi-3-mini on Tuesday. The AI model has been made available in open source and is hosted on Hugging Face. As per reports, it has also been hosted on Microsoft Azure and Ollama platforms. The AI model is the successor to Phi-2 which was released in December 2023, and comes with higher training database and larger parameters.
